ISIC is the only internationally recognised student ID. It has been running since 1953, is endorsed by UNESCO and is accepted in over 100 countries. In Albania, ISIC is provided by ISIC Albania, the officially appointed office of the ISIC Association. That means that your card has the same validity in Tirana as it does in Istanbul, Berlin or London.
